Temples Pai

Pai has a main temple right in the heart of the Farang / Backpacker area. At night time locals set up food carts and vendors sell nik-knacks. The temples around Pai demostrate the Burmeses style verses the traditional Thai style. There are no major temples just Wats with a few monks.

Wat Phra That Mae - located 1 km on the outskirts of Pai down river. Nice view point located 353 steps up the hillside.

Wat Klang - on Thanon Chaisongkhram next to Pai Bus Station

Wat Luang - next to Wat Klang
